First Aid What to Expect: Stop by the clubhouse for a very beneficial class. Urban Diversion is hosting a First Aid class for all who would like to learn the basics in preparation for all of their fun and active summer events.. We have negotiated a special rate for our members with one of the top teachers in the Bay Area. We'll provide all of the equipment and refreshments and once we're done, you'll get certification cards on the spot that are good for 2 years! Learn how to treat scrapes and cuts, twisted ankles and broken bones and how to give CPR. Learn how to recognize a heart attack, stroke, shock, allergic reactions and more. Be prepared for an active outdoor summer and get certified in First Aid and CPR.
