Join us for a crazy weekend of activities for every taste and interest: UD Fifth Anniversary Party, Full Moon Kayaking, Beer and Oyster Festival, Wine Tasting, Grizzly Island Hike, Bay to Breakers
Bay to Breakers is an annual footrace which takes place in San Francisco, California. The name reflects the fact that the race runs from The Embarcadero (Bay) to Ocean Beach. The race is 7.46 mileslong.
Our theme this year: Join our space themed float. Think aliens, robots, sexy cyborgs, tons of silver and chrome and more. We will be alongside our beverage filled flying saucer making this Bay to Breakers out of this world!!! Come to the clubhouse on Wednesday May 14th at 7:00 pm to help with the float and costumes!

Urban Diversion Turns Five- Take Part!
Urban Diversion’s Five Year Anniversary party is only three days away. Tickets are going fast. Join us on Friday, May 16 from 8 p.m. – 2 a.m. at Broadway Studios in San Francisco, 435 Broadway St, for the party of the year featuring:
- Three hours of live music by SF ’s craziest rock cover band The Spazmatics - Pre-band and set breaks covered byDJ Dino (Whisper & Folsom 1015)
- Live trapeze performance by Janene Davis, school director of Trapeze Arts in Oakland
- Drink specials provided by JetSet Energy Drink - Courtesy shuttle rides home from Zipcar - Promotions and giveaways from Yelp
Shout out to our volley ball spring league for competing in another tough match last Tuesday. If you’re not busy Tuesday nights come out and cheer on UD at the volley ball courts at Little Marina Green on Marina Blvd. We always head out to the Marina for food and drinks after the game.
Corey and a crew of enthusiastic members headed to Big Basin SP for the first official camping trip of the season. The group hiked 6 miles/day with 30 – 40 lbs on their backs to experience lush greenery and a surprising number of towering waterfalls. Don’t miss all the exciting weekend trips coming up including: Joshua Tree National Park: Friday May 23 and a long camping weekend in Yosemite June 13 – 15.
